Molzyme™ Reverse Transcriptase First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit features two optimized mixes, Molzyme™ II Enzyme Mix and Molzyme™ II Reaction Mix. The enzyme mix combines Molzyme™ II Reverse Transcriptase and RNase Inhibitor, and the reaction mix contains an optimized buffer. Molzyme™ II Reverse Transcriptase is a recombinant M-MuLV reverse transcriptase with reduced RNase H activity and increased thermostability. It can be used to synthesize first strand cDNA at higher temperatures than the wild type M-MuLV. The enzyme is active up to 48°C, which provides higher specificity and higher yield of cDNA.
The kit also provides two optimized primers for reverse transcription and nuclease-free water. An anchored Oligo-dT primer [d(T)₂₃VN] forces the primer to anneal to the beginning of the polyA tail. The optimized Random Primer Mix provides random and consistent priming sites covering the entire RNA templates including both mRNAs and non-polyadenylated RNAs. The first strand cDNA product generated is up to 10 kb.

Real-time Quantitative PCR is a technique using DNA double-stranded dyes, usually SYBR® Green, to quantitative detect the initial amount of DNA by amplification. Molzyme™ ProtoGreen Fast qPCR Mix is a fluorescence reagent for qPCR reactions using the SYBR® Green. This product provides real-time data on DNA amplification during PCR by performing quantitative fluorescence signal detection on SYBR®/FAM channels. This product uses the antibody-based hot-start Taq enzyme for amplification, which greatly improves the specificity of the product while ensuring the amplification effect. At the same time, by optimizing the qPCR Mix Buffer system, the product is suitable for multiple species, providing a powerful tool for multidisciplinary experimental needs. This product is a 2X pre-mixed enzyme, contains all the components required for qPCR except primers and templates, providing great convenience for experimental manipulation.

The ProScale Protein Marker 250 is a ready to use Three-color protein standard with 11 pre-stained proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights from 10 to 250 kDa (10 to 230 kDa in Bis-Tris (MOPS) buffer and 9.8 to 230 kDa in Bis-Tris (MES) buffer. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (red bands at 70 kDa and green bands at 25 kDa respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-Glycine buffer). This marker is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes, (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for approximating the size of proteins.
Loading Volume: 3-5 μL/well for mini gel; 1.5-2.5 μL/well for Western transfer; 6-10 μL/well for large gel.

PowerTaq 2X PCR Mix with Dye V2 is an optimized premix with amplification rates up to 10 s/kb to save PCR reaction time. Reagents include DNA polymerases, dNTPs, MgCl₂, KCl, and other stabilizers. It only needs to add primers and templates to perform amplification. This product contains loading buffer, PCR products can be directly loaded for electrophoresis. PowerTaq 2X PCR Mix with Dye V2 can use complex genomic DNA as a template to amplify a 5 kb target fragment or a simple template such as lambda DNA to amplify a 10 kb target fragment. It is suitable for Colony PCR, genotype identification, vector construction, Nested PCR and other applications.

TaqSure DNA polymerase is an ideal enzyme for high fidelity PCR with excellent processivity. It is a novel engineered enzyme with a unique structure. TaqSure DNA polymerase contains a recombinant synthetic enhanced domain to increase fidelity and extension speed. TaqSure 2X Master Mix contains TaqSure HS DNA polymerase, dNTP, and an optimized buffer system. It only needs to add primers and templates to perform amplification, thereby reducing pipetting operations, significantly controlling cross-contamination among samples, and improving detection throughput and reproducibility of results. The amplification system contains protective agents that keep TaqSure 2X Master Mix stable in activity after repeated freezing and thawing.
